Isang Yun: Duo
Jeffrey Ryan: Dvanda

As a duo, the idea of “Dvanda” (meaning “pair” in Sanskrit) was very interesting and we constructed the programme only with two pieces: one from the East and one from the West based on the idea. While Isang Yun’s Duo explores harmonies and colours, Jeffrey Ryan’s Dvanda is discussion about thoughts and nature, including Thought and Desire, Moon and Stars, Past and Future, and Knowledge and Action, as if an exploration of the development of human thought, and how we grow spiritually.
