About us:
The 147 Duo, a piano duo aiming to perform repertoires for piano 4 hands and two pianos from composers who are relatively unknown and of different backgrounds. The name of the duo comes from the total number of pianos at the Royal College of Music. The duo was formed as we are aware that repertoires for piano 4-hands and two pianos have been diminishing and becoming less known, so we are dedicated to bringing them to a wider audience with a variety of composers from varied backgrounds and cultures.
The duo had performed in St Mary Abbots Church and Trinity Church, South Kensington, with upcoming recitals in St John’s Fulham and Trinity Church. The duo will also be performing at the Bloomsbury Festival 2025.
